…migraines, migraines. Medicine doesn’t help. Only laying down in a dark quiet room helps.
I have discovered I can post on here from my phone, and if i hold it a bit slanted the light doesn’t hurt my eyes so much like the computer screen does. At least most of the time. Sometimes only complete darkness is required.
My neurologist says with migraines averaging four a week that I don’t have much quality of life.
Sorry for not answering the phone or returning emails. Been a rough couple of weeks.
